Mandy Allen is an accomplished instructional designer with a rich background that blends military service and expertise in curriculum development. With a Master's in Instructional Design from Syracuse University, she's a proven leader who's dedicated to creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences. Mandy is passionate about utilizing her skills in learning management systems, instructional design, and training facilitation to make an impact as the Chief Learning Officer and Lead ISD at NEVO.

In addition to her role with NEVO, Mandy currently serves as the Supervisory Training Specialist at Fort Gregg-Adams, where she oversees the Ordnance Officer Leader Development Branch, managing the design and development of training materials for military officer programs.

A U.S. Army Veteran, Mandy's experience in seamlessly blending instructional design theory with real-world military training has earned her recognition, including the Distinguished Instructor Award for her innovative teaching methods. Her passion for learning and development continues to drive her toward new opportunities where she can inspire and train the next generation of leaders.
