Chief Government Contracting Officer

Rob Dossie is a retired U.S. Air Force colonel that brings many years of successful experience in military systems program and contract management to the NEVO Chief Government Contracting Officer position. His experience includes key leadership roles in the establishment and execution of numerous contracts for advanced technology, the modernization of legacy systems, and the development, acquisition and fielding of new multi-billion-dollar aircraft systems.

His work has involved a spectrum of contractors ranging from small businesses to major aerospace companies. For his service, Rob’s decorations include 4 Air Force Meritorious Service Medals, the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, and the Defense Superior Service Medal. As the NEVO Chief GovCon Officer, Rob is responsible for the entire lifecycle of contracts between a government agency and NEVO Driving Academy, encompassing development, negotiation, administration, and closeout. For each contract, he will ensure compliance with regulations, manage risks, and facilitate communications between parties.
