Chief Licensing & Compliance Officer

Tristan Geddy is an accomplished compliance and accreditation specialist with a foundation in regulatory analysis, curriculum development, and policy implementation. She currently serves as the Chief Licensing and Compliance Officer at NEVO Driving Academy, overseeing all licensing operations, analyzing legislative and regulatory requirements, managing communications with regulatory bodies, and developing strategic compliance initiatives to ensure the organization's success.

With a master's degree from Columbia University and a robust background in academic research, pedagogy and andragogy educational approaches, federal law enforcement training, and community outreach, Tristan brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and operational leadership. She received an Excellence in Action Award and a Letter of Appreciation for her work regarding federal law enforcement training accreditation, as well as being awarded honors for her thesis on The Discovery and clinical Translation of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Exosome Protein Biomarkers. 

Her multidisciplinary experience, spanning healthcare, education, public safety, and federal compliance, positions her as a dynamic and trusted leader in licensing and regulatory affairs.
