Videographer
Description
NEVO Driving Academy seeks a videographer to ideate, produce, and publish creative short-form and long-form video content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. If you're passionate about automotive content and want to make people laugh, cry, comment, and share, and you stay current on trends, this is the position for you. Duties
Create compelling short-form and long-form video content from concept to publishing for NEVO Driving Academy's social media accounts.
Stay on top of emerging trends and pitch creative, culturally relevant content ideas.
Plan and set up video shoots, including all audio equipment.
Edit raw footage and optimize videos into polished and engaging content quickly.
Be both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
Write witty, platform-optimized captions and copy that align with NEVO Driving Academy's brand voice.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines.
Handle live streaming for events, conduct interviews, and capture b-roll footage as needed.
Must be resourceful, self-motivated, and professional with attention to detail and a focus on exceeding expectations.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines as required.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
Collaborates effectively across multiple departments to maintain alignment and drive success.
Physical Demands
The employee must frequently stand or sit for extended periods while working with a computer, phone, and written tools. The employee must occasionally lift and carry 50+ pounds. Assist with various graphic design projects.
Serves as a liaison and representative for NEVO Driving Academy.

Experience
Proven experience as a videographer or similar role.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
Exceptional color grading skills
Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
Compensation
Wage is dependent on your current skill level and qualifications.
Job Type
Part-time with an opportunity to transition to full-time.
Work Location
Greater Richmond, Virginia.
